The name RAMAT, emanates from the Maasai word “Eramatare”, which means holistic management of animals, environment, and the community in general.
Our logo carries the image of the lesser Kudu, a common animal in our rangelands. The Kudu is valued for its graceful nature as well as the spiral horns that are used as a musical instrument.
